A La Carte Midwifery Care

  • Single prenatal visit - $350/175 (initial/routine)

  • Single postpartum visit - $175

  • Prenatal care only - $3100

  • Postpartum only - $1500

  • Pre & Postnatal package - $4500

Well Body + Fertility Care

  • Wellness visit - $65/$140 (30/60min)

  • Holistic Gynecology-$65/$140 (30/60min)

  • Fertility visit - $200/60*

  • Labs + STI testing - $75

  • Pregnancy Testing - $25

  • Loss + Abortion support - free/donation based

*Initial fertility visit includes 3 months of support. Additional follow-up after 3 months will be billed routine fee.

The scoop with insurance

Intuitive Roots Midwifery is not in network with any insurance provider. We are happy to provide you with a superbill and you can proceed to file a claim on your own. A superbill can only be provided at the end of care. There is unfortunately no guarantee of reimbursement.
You are also welcome to submit a verification of benefits (VOB) with Quilted Health - they can help with claims processing at the end of care for a small fee.
Labs & ultrasounds will be billed to and are typically covered by insurance.

I believe that midwifery should be accessible to all. We welcome payment plans for all packages. FSA/HSA are an accepted form of payment.
