HOME BIRTH
Prenatal Care
We prioritize providing comprehensive care that takes into account all aspects of your well-being. Our approach encompasses not only your physical health but also your emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. We believe that addressing all these facets is crucial for supporting you fully throughout pregnancy, labor + birth, and postpartum. Our commitment to focusing on you as a whole person ensures that you receive personalized, holistic care that respects your unique experiences and values.
My focus is that we build a strong, respectful, and trusting relationship with each other. To do so, each prenatal appointment is allotted one hour. These visits include clinical monitoring of you and baby, in-home lab testing as needed, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, preventative care, education and shared-decision making regarding clinical and personal choices, and much more!

The nature of midwifery involves contact with bodily fluids. This is to ensure I keep myself, clients, and family safe.
Labor + Home Birth
Your midwife is on call for you from 37 weeks until you birth! We meet you in active labor, providing early labor check-ins as needed.
You will receive continuous care during active labor, birth, and the first hours after birth. In attendance will be a midwife and qualified, trained assistant(s) who are equipped to handle any situation that may arise. We carry medications and necessary equipment available for postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal resuscitation, and perineal repair.
You have the freedom to choose how you want to bring your baby into the world, this includes water birth and birthing in any position you intuitively choose. Once baby is born, we will support early bonding and breastfeeding in the golden hour. We stay with you for 2-6 hours after the birth or until you and baby are stable and comfortable.
